TURNER'S SYNDROME

I was born with Turner's Syndrome
This is where you are missing a chromosome, my other half Steve says that I'm missing a brain as well as my chromosome :-) But I know where my brain is, it's here:

Still can't find my chromosome though :-)

Anyway he effects of Turner's Syndrome are:-

You dont grow very tall (I'm only 4'6")
You have a short neck
You have difficulty conceiving

My attitude to these effects are:-

I'd rather be small in stature than in mind.
I never liked polo necks anyway :-).
A shame, but if thats the way it is, so be it.

In a nutshell if you don't treat it as a problem or a disability, then other people won't treat it or see it as one.

I have also contracted Necrobiosis Lipoidica Diabeticorum
This is red "splodges" all over your calves & feet.
I have had this for 2 years and it basically means I always wear leggings & trousers

For the last 4 months I have been taking herbal tea for the condition
Tastes awful, but seems to be clearing it slowly but surely-can't expect it to go overnight.

My attitude to this complaint is that it's only a mild case and at least I can cover it up for the most part.

Hope you don't think I'm a boring git for talking about my medical woes
I thought that it might help other people with the same conditions.
